Once you know what type of party you want to host, it is time to figure out where. The obvious choice is your house, but you aren’t limited to that. Frankly, there are some excellent reasons you might decide to use another location. Let’s go over the most common options & make sure they will work with the sex party you want to host.
Your Own Home
This is the most obvious option. The good news is that it is free and easy for you to prep the area. You don’t have to worry about transporting any supplies or games because it is all in your home. You have complete control over the space.
The bad news is that you need to worry about everything. Things can be being broken, damaged, or even stolen. What about parking spaces? Will neighbors be upset with noise late at night? At your place, all the work will fall onto your shoulders. If something is overlooked, it might be discovered by a family member after the party. Do you want your child asking why there is a sign on a bedroom door that says Playroom #3 or why underwear is under the couch cushions?
Airbnb (Home Rentals)
This option will cost money, but it provides plenty of benefits. You don’t need to reconfigure your vanilla home space for a sex party, nor worry about your family coming home early or finding a forgotten sex toy after the party. You also don’t have to worry about your neighbors gossiping about your sex parties or treating you differently for being a swinger. There are unique concerns if you choose a home rental.
Many of them have you sign a contract forbidding large parties. To enforce that rule, they might have a camera monitoring who comes in via the front door or even cameras recording inside the house. Even if you can guarantee there are no privacy issues, you can’t guarantee there won’t be surprise charges as you will be responsible for paying for any damages. So if someone squirts too much and ruins a mattress or gets drunk and breaks some glasses, you need to be ready to pay up. Hopefully, you are only inviting responsible swingers, but accidents do happen.
Renting a home for your party doesn’t save much time or effort. Yes, you don’t have to clean or reconfigure your own home. The downside is you now need to pack up, move, set up, & then bring back all of the party supplies. Instead of reaching into your own fridge for a cool drink, you have to create your own bar space at the rental & that goes for all the food & snacks. You might also need to pack extra sheets & towels because most home rentals only have one set per bedroom, and you might invite more couples than the rental has bedrooms.
Another issue is timing. Rentals have specific check-in & check-out times. Unlike your own home when you can do everything on your own schedule. So this means you might need to start the party later to ensure you have enough time to set everything up. As well as wake up early the following day to ensure everything is cleaned and packed up before check-out.
Hotel Suites
If you are looking to host a smaller sex party, booking a hotel suite can be another good option. It doesn’t have the sexiest vibe, but you can keep your home address private and still host your friends. You can book a single suite or have a few interconnected rooms so guests can move around naked without going in the public hallways. If you have a big enough group willing to split the cost, you can even inquire about booking an entire hotel room floor for a private mini takeover event.
If you go with a hotel, be respectful of the other guests if you don’t want to be kicked out. Hotels know we love to have sex, and they want our money, but not if it risks upsetting other guests. Be smart and Ask the front desk for a room away from others. Rooms on the top floor don’t have anyone above them, so one less person might complain about your party. Keep the doors closed and remind attendees to be quiet in the hallways. If the rooms are cheap enough, consider booking an extra room that will be kept empty or used as a coat room, so there is a quiet buffer between your sex party and the vanilla hotel guests.
You might want to book a smoking room, so no one needs to leave the room to smoke. The fewer people that are coming in & out of the room, the less attention you will attract and the less noise you will make. That decreases your chances of upsetting other guests. Skip the food deliveries and bring in your own food to better fly under the radar. Having ten pizzas delivered to the hotel lobby can attract attention that you don’t want. Skip the messy foods because you don’t want to worry about cleaning up anything or needing room service while there is an orgy going on. Check-in before everyone else arrives so you can prep the space and then stagger the arrivals to minimize the chance of attracting unwanted attention.
Afterward, remember to be good to the hotel staff. Don’t leave behind a horror scene. Take some time to straighten things up and leave a nice tip for the staff that will finish cleaning it all up. Keeping the staff happy will help ensure you don’t become banned from the hotel.
Other Alternatives
If you want to get crazy, there are many other hosting alternatives for your sex parties. Here are the most common alternatives:
Strip Clubs – Some clubs have private rooms you can rent out. It won’t be the most comfortable (benches & couches instead of beds), but it also can provide a bit more risqué vibe.
Swinger Clubs – Most swinger clubs are only open 1 or 2 nights a week. If you have enough people, you can negotiate with them to either rent out the space or have them open up on a special night with each couple paying admission.
BDSM Clubs – Just like swinger clubs, these are sex-positive spaces that would be willing to come to a special arrangement.
Nude Resorts – There are nude resorts that welcome swingers. You can coordinate your vacation with all of your friends, so you all overlap. You may even be able to negotiate a lower rate if you are booking enough rooms. Be careful & avoid the nude resorts that are family-friendly” as they tend to have strict rules against sexy fun.
