Staying in Sexy Shape at Home

Are you bored & looking to boost your fitness? Good news! We can do plenty of things at home to raise our sexy fitness without spending money or going outside.

Before doing any fitness, clear space in your home so you don’t bump into anything. Then, slowly warm up your body with dynamic stretches like light arm & leg swings (you can look up dynamic warm-up videos on YouTube). Be smart & go slow. 

Kegel Exercises for Men & Women

If you aren’t familiar with this, we are talking about exercising the internal muscles that surround your sex equipment. You can use Google or YouTube to find a tutorial on this. The next time you go to the bathroom, try to stop your stream midway. Those are the pelvic muscles & yes, you can make them bigger & stronger with Kegel exercises just like regular exercise does to any muscle. Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles works wonders. Ladies, that means making sex more comfortable and enjoyable. If you exercise it enough, you can even develop enough strength to “massage” a man when he’s inside of you while you perform your Kegels. It’s a fun little technique when they are close to the end. To develop that special talent, you will need to do plenty of Kegel exercises and look into the weighted Kegel balls to build up enough strength. Again, you don’t need to do this, but who doesn’t like magic tricks? Men, you can also benefit from doing Kegel exercises. Stronger male pelvic muscles help to control climax better and naturally last longer.

Longer Sex Sessions with Stronger Core Muscles

Looking to make your naughty time last longer or trying to maintain those special sex positions a bit longer? Then, you probably want to build up a stronger core. The best thing about this is you can do this with no gym equipment. Here are some super simple core exercises:

Planks – This is very similar to a push-up, but it skips the pushing. Lie down on the floor with your feet & arms underneath you. Then, form a straight plank. Be careful not to arch your butt up.   You want a relatively straight line from your legs to your head.   Try to hold this position for 30 seconds, then rest, then repeat for a total of 5 times. It is deceivingly hard. As you grow stronger, you can do more planks and/or hold them for longer periods.

Squats – Sitting on your couch watching TV? We got a neat little treat to build up a stronger core. Whenever there is a commercial break, stand up. Now have the back of your legs touch your couch, & slowly lower your butt to the couch but do not sit. You want to hover your butt about an inch above the couch cushion and hold that pose for about 30 seconds which is usually how long a single commercial lasts. Rest during the next commercial, then keep repeating till you run out of commercials. Be careful not to have your knees lean past your toes (this is why we want to keep our legs touching the couch or be really close). If you can’t hold the pose, don’t worry. There is a soft couch cushion beneath your derriere.   Start small, and each day try to add a few more.   This is a super exercise for guys to improve their thrusting power and for ladies to win any cowgirl riding contest.

Advanced Sex Positions Through Yoga

Better sex is not just about becoming stronger. It is also about becoming more flexible & limber, especially for those really crazy sex fantasies. Yoga is great for this! There are countless different yoga exercises, and you can find free Yoga videos and classes on YouTube. Just be patient and go slow. It can take a bit of time for your body to adjust to these different positions and movements. An extra boost of yoga is that it is also great at removing stress.

PS There are even muscle-building yoga exercises. Think about it, doing something like balancing and supporting your entire body with only one body part is going to build up some nice muscles & fitness.

You Aren’t Alone!

You aren’t alone. You can do these exercises with your family, or you can call up some friends to arrange a conference call. If you don’t have friends who would do this, then turn to the online swinger sites and post in the forums. There are countless swingers who are always open to connecting with others. You can arrange a regular time and turn on your speaker phones to do it as a virtual group working out together. Teaming up (even if it’s just virtual) will really help motivate all of you to stay on track toward your fitness goals. While working out in person might be more fun for certain things, working out via conference call does have the benefit of never feeling self-conscious about your appearance. Be happy and live your best life 🙂
